"Sierra was great, knowledgeable, and patient. So grateful for my call with her. **another update. Christy has knocked it out of the park again. She is always on top of my texts with questions, concerns, and changes that need to happen with our children’s renter’s insurance while they are away at college, and the coverage on their computers. I am blown away at the level of service Christy consistently provides. **Update - just added another vehicle, and the process was quick and painless and Christy was excellent to work with. She was very responsive and knows her stuff. I found “State Farm Steve” when he hosted my favorite coffee shop - shout out to Josh of @goodcup - at his business a couple of times. I decided it wouldn’t hurt to let him give me a quote on our home, auto, and umbrella insurance. I’m so glad I did because even though I was very happy with the companies we were paying to insure us, I realized there is more to insurance than what I already knew. Steve took a LOT time explaining many details to me, which taught me much. I set up a second time with him so he could also interact with my teen driver and my husband. They learned a lot, too. State Farm has a device we can put in the car to detect good and bad driving habits, which will help us to be safer, and save more money as our habits improve. As my daughter gets more driving time in her history our rates will drop, which is a big plus. I could say so many more positive things if my device weren’t stopping the screen from rolling... all this to say, I was surprised at the excellent rates, and better coverage. I’m very happy to have a local guy to support. #supportlocal. #smallbusiness"
