"Any time that I have questions (even about the smallest details), I get exactly what I am looking for. They are quick and knowledgeable, and always honest with their opinions, and I greatly appreciate that. This time I worked with Christy, and just like always, she was FANTASTIC. After we played phone tag (my fault), she helped me get everything taken care of quickly, and efficiently. It was nice to laugh and joke with her a little as well. "I recently shopped around at several different insurance companies serving for lower premium on the very same coverage I currently have and I had the pleasure of talking to Spencer at State Farm who beat every body's prices on the very same good quality insurance that I ha, apples to apples. Spencer was very knowledgeable and efficient responding to all my insurance questions. He was truly amazing. Spencer's State Farm quote was $1000.00 cheaper than my insurance company on my home owners insurance. I just shocked that State Farm could offer me that good if a deal. Everything was replacement value if I ever had a lossI was so excited because I knew this meant that my house payment was going to go down quite a bit. I realized right quick that State Farmas not trying to take advantage of me by price gouging. Spencer was very polite and considerate of what I had to say and he let me express all my concerns without interrupting me. He was a gentleman. He listened to me and solved every problem I had very efficiently making everything seem so easy and possible. Spencer quickly earned my respect and trust. He also earned my friendship.
